Durham Council has terminated a collective agreement between Equity, the trade union for creative workers, and the council-owned Durham Gala Theatre, due to the risk of conferring employment rights on performers there.

Show your support for the union's fight to win recognition at the Theatre by joining our rally outside the venue during the Miners' Gala March on Saturday 8 July.
