Event to remember Ekarmanjeet Singh, killed in a construction incident December 2023

Waltham Forest Trades Council, local unions and supporters will gather in Pevensey Rd, Leytonstone, E11 to remember the death of Ekarmanjeet Singh (25) who was killed when a roof collapsed on a house refurbishment in December 2023. Local MP John Cryer will attend and Mr Singh's family in India have been informed. We will lay a wreath and highlight the preventable nature of this type of incident as part of our day to remember the dead and to fight like hell for the living.
