GMB Members working at Dellner Romag in Consett have been told that a Christmas Bonus will not be offered as an alternative to a Christmas party despite members suffering financially.
A Christmas party which is likely cancelled due to lack of interest.
The company have advised a bonus would usually be linked to an achievement of a pre set goal, despite workers hitting a target for the first time in years this September.
