Victory! South Yorkshire's first step to taking control of our buses.

Tomorrow, South Yorkshire's Mayor will announce he is formally taking our buses into public control through a franchising scheme.

It took over 5000 committed local campaigners to get us to this point.

Come and celebrate your victory outside the Mayor's office.

BUT you can't stop there. To get FULL public control of our buses, we need public ownership.

We'll be launching our call for a council owned operator to run the services at the Mayor's meeting.
