For years a culture of bullying and intimidation has operated in South Tyneside Council Waste Services.
Refuse collectors in South Tyneside Council (STC) brought allegations of bullying and mismanagement last June, and were promised an independent investigation and reported outcome.
We have had no offer from STC to meet and resolve this dispute, instead they deny there is even a problem.
Its time that the Leader of the Council steps up and ends this toxic culture.
