Livv Housing staff deserve a Pay Rise too!

For Livv Housing staff to be offered a fair and reasonable pay offer in line with their claim of 10% or £3000, whichever is greater. 

Why is this important?

Housing Associations including Livv Housing Group are reporting multi million pounds profits. The profits appear to be invested in the Senior Officers including a 19.2% Pay Award for the CEO whilst staff have faced attacks on their pensions and other conditions of service whilst also suffering from a cut in their pay by more than 30% in real terms over the past decade! 

We must end the greed in housing associations.
