We’re Standing Up for Fair Pay – Please Send This Email to Mr. Hutton

Hi everyone,

We’re Iris, Stuart, and Anthony, GMB reps for Mitie Soft Services members. We’re reaching out to all workers on the Sellafield site because this isn’t just about one group of people, it’s about all of us.

Our members in cleaning, laundry, security, postal services and landscape roles don’t want to be on strike. We just want to be treated with respect and get a fair pay rise that reflects the hard work we do and the cost of living we’re all facing.

Mitie isn’t respecting us. The pay offer they’ve put forward is way below what we deserve. The strike is causing disruption on site, but it’s the only way to make sure our voices are heard.

We’ve put together an email to Mr. Hutton, CEO of Sellafield Ltd, asking him to support us and hold Mitie to account. We need as many of you as possible to send this email and add your name. The more support we get, the harder it is to ignore us.

Let’s stand up for ourselves and each other. We’re all part of what keeps Sellafield running.
