Reinstate the Arrow XL drivers and Pay the Rate

Campaign success! After 12 weeks of strike action, the drivers have won a hugely improved pay offer of:
- 7% pay increase across the board
- 10% uplift on statutory redundancy pay
- 1-day extra holiday for all
- A commitment to meet quarterly to review agency and sub-contractor use

Workers are winning!

Arrow is extremely profitable, in 2021, Arrow XL paid its highest-paid director £539,000, this is a whopping 84% pay rise on the previous year, yet Arrow only pays some workers £9.50 per hour!

We ask you to put an end to this injustice at your sites in Airdrie, Worcester, Wigan and Enfield.

Why is this important?

With the cost-of-living-crisis, Arrow XL drivers and their families are struggling to pay their rent, mortgages and general household bills on the poor wages they receive and instead of Arrow XL management negotiating, they have decided to attack its’ loyal workforce by sacking two of our members who were on strike.

It's time for Arrow XL to enter into meaningful negotiations with their drivers and their union, Unite about their pay claim and they must re-instate the sacked workers with immediate effect.
