RCT - Rescind The Taxi Fee Increase and Consult

Rescind the increase in license fees for Taxi and PHV drivers licensed by the authority, and commence consultation with the Unite Wales branch

Why is this important?

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and associate restrictions in society, the taxi trade has been decimated. To increase fees at this time, when driver income borders on non-existent is harsh. Social Partnership and consultation is needed to address concerns
