As workers at AQA Examination Board we are passionate about delivering for students, schools and the education system. We work tirelessly throughout the year to set questions, deliver and mark over half of all GCSE and A-levels taken in the UK every year. Together we ensure that accurate and reliable examination results are delivered on time and to the very highest standard. We don't think it's a lot to ask our employer to ensure we are not experiencing pay cuts every year because our pay just isn't keeping up with inflation.
