DSFS - Staff at Chesterfield Royal Deserve Pay Parity!

Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services recently announced, without real consultation, that they would be paying staff working at Chesterfield Royal Hospital a 2.1% pay award.
The staff of DSFS work alongside NHS colleagues and deserve to be treated the same way.
UNISON are calling on DSFS to honour any pay award announced for NHS staff for 2024/25.
UPDATE: the Government have announced they are accepting the 5.5% pay award from 01 April 2024 in line with the Pay Review Body's recommendation. DSFS should honour this pay award for it's staff.
