After 34 days of strike action, the members have agreed a deal that will see their pay rise above the Living Wage Foundation’s rates. They've also secured further gains on full pay sick absence and other vital terms, closing the gap between them and the civil service. Thank you to everyone who signed this petition, donated to the workers' strike fund and came down to the picket line!

We've won!! After taking six weeks of industrial action, the workers secured an additional £1 per hour site bonus, on top of winning the real living wage. This is equivalent to a 19.2% pay rise! Unite rep at the Drax canteen, Diane Power, said: “Most of us at the canteen had never really considered getting organised in a union before. But the last couple of years have been difficult for all of us because of the cost-of-living crisis. Everyone is really pleased with the pay deal and it’s such a great feeling knowing we stood up together and supported each other to achieve it.” Thank you to everyone who signed our petition!

The health visitors were moved on to a higher pay band.

The bin dispute which began in January has now ended with a pay rise for the drivers worth up to 12.9%, which is worth an estimated £3,600 per year in their pay packets. The deal also includes Christmas bonuses worth some £4,000, and disciplinary charges against Unite Shop Steward Pete Randle dropped.

After months of campaigning, the catering and cleaning staff at 10 Downing Street and the Cabinet Office have won their campaign to be paid monthly. Over 5000 of you put your support behind the campaign by signing their petition. And many of you went a step further by contacting your MP to ask for their support.  Thank you to everyone who supported our campaign! There is no doubt that your actions helped us win.

After many weeks of campaigning and strike action, we have defeated fire-and-rehire at Clarks. We couldn't have achieved this without all the support we've had, so from the bottom of our hearts thank you.
